Your adventure begins early in the morning with hotel pickup in Cusco, usually between 4:30 and 5:00 AM. We travel through the stunning landscapes of the Peruvian Andes to Cusipata, where you will enjoy a buffet breakfast before continuing to Phuluwasipata, the starting point of the hike. From here, we begin our ascent toward Vinicunca, Rainbow Mountain, following a scenic mountain trail surrounded by breathtaking Andean landscapes. At the viewpoint, you will have time to admire the famous colorful slopes, take photographs, and enjoy the panoramic views. The journey then continues to Red Valley, where you can discover its striking red-colored landscapes and unique mountain formations. After exploring the area, we descend to Phuluwasipata and return to Cusipata for a buffet lunch featuring local dishes, with vegetarian and vegan options available upon request. In the afternoon, we begin our journey back to Cusco, normally arriving between 4:00 and 5:00 PM, depending on road and traffic conditions. Hotel drop-off is included; however, during periods of heavy traffic or restricted access in the historic center, the drop-off may be at a convenient location approximately one block from Cusco’s Plaza de Armas.
